Roaya Real Estate concluded its distinguished participation as a platinum sponsor in the fourth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum by signing a strategic agreement with Omnium International Limited.
The agreement, which was signed by the CEO of Roaya Real Estate Mr. Faisal Al-Nahdi, and the Main Board Director of Omnium International Limited Mr. Peter Arokianathan, in the presence of the company’s Branch Director Mr. Sultan Al-Sohaibi, aims to enhance Roaya’s position in the Saudi market by benefiting from Omnium International’s expertise in the field of commercial, contract management, project management, and cost management.
Under this agreement, Omnium International Limited will become the commercial and cost management consultant for Roaya Real Estate and will work to improve cost management and project contracts, through monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs, in addition to setting budgets, which will contribute to improving the efficiency of project management and implementation on time and within the allocated budget, in addition to expanding the scope of the company’s business and increasing its market share.
This strategic collaboration comes within the framework of Roaya Real Estate’s efforts to achieve its ambitious goals of developing innovative real estate projects that meet the needs of the market and future aspirations and are in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Mr. Faisal Al Nahdi expressed his happiness at signing this agreement, stressing that it is an important step in Roaya’s journey towards achieving leadership in the real estate development sector in the Kingdom.
Mr. Peter Arokianathan praised the partnership with Roaya Real Estate, expressing his confidence in the ability of the two companies to achieve great success in the Saudi market.
